With the

taking and keeping notes for each individual insured's policy can eat away at time, which eats away at money and resources, and being stuck in such a meticulous task can really bring down the spirits of anyone.

Notes and reminders are incredibly important, as having all relevant insurance details at the ready is a prerequisite for being in this industry. You don't have time to search around until you find something, leaving people waiting. The

intuitive and recognizes the need to keep everything flowing, including taking notes and jotting down reminders.
From the dashboard of the system, you will see the “Insureds” tab on the left-hand side of the system. From this section of the system,
notes and reminders are very simple. For instance, let's say an insured has just upgraded their policy, or someone has switched to active from inactive. The great part about the system here is that you don't even have to remember that the insured made this change. After the change is made, the system recognizes it and gives you a pop-up window to remind you to make a note of it. So even when you're not
paying full
attention to every possible detail,
the system is.
You don't even have to navigate away from this screen to leave a note or a reminder. The pop-up that the system provides has a text box and an email bar inside of it, so all you have to do is jot down your note quickly inside of the box, click “Add Reminder,” and you can go on about your business. It's like having a
virtual assistant reminding you of the latest customer changes in policy features, ensuring that you'll never be without the vital information you need.
